Service Manager
FULL TIME: We are
looking for an experienced Service Manager to take our department to a new level! We are looking for an energetic , CAN DO ATTITUDE, team player and team motivator. Salary commensurate with experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Coordinates automotive repair and maintenance services to obtain maximum utilization of automotive equipment and prevent operational delays in other departments
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages employees in the Automotive Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; maintaining a productive team; addressing issues as they arise and resolving problems.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions etc.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to manage and resolve employee and customer issues effectively as they arise.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and fumes or airborne particles. The employee is frequently exposed to outside weather conditions.

FULL TIME: We are looking to add a take-charge, experienced tech in all aspects of body repair -- including frame repair to our Body Shop. Qualified candidates should be able to multi task. We are looking for an Automotive Detailer and Shop Handyperson to join our team! The ideal candidate has some level of experience with auto detailing (or a strong desire to learn) as well as basic mechanical skills to perform basic shop repairs. We are seeking an individual who has a strong work ethic, communicates well with others and strives to maintain a clean, safe work environment.
